West Suburban Faith Based Peace Coalition

The West Suburban Faith Based Peace Coalition, or more simply the WSFBPC, is a Wikipedia:Chicago-based Wikipedia:NGO, committed to supporting Wikipedia:peace and Wikipedia:social justice.[1][2] The members of the Coalition generally are associated with peace churches or other religious communities within the western Wikipedia:Chicago metropolitan area, and the Coalition is also one of the participant organizations within the wider Illinois Coalition for Peace, Justice and the Environment. The activities of the Coalition include: online dissemination of peace news; peace and social justice advocacy; lobbying governments and authorities; Wikipedia:peace education; advocacy for the vulnerable; prayer vigils; promotion of writing within the field of peace and justice; promoting international peace agreements, such as the Wikipedia:Kellogg-Briand Pact; and promoting inter-faith dialogue.[3][4][5][6]
